HEART ON FIRE Here’s another great cocktail sporting bubbles. It’s boozy, however, but in a floral way: elderflowers, orange, and ginger with a splash of prosecco.

Tags: Big O, High West Double Rye Whiskey, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Regan’s Orange Bitters, splash of soda

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces High West Double Rye Whiskey
  • 1 ounce The Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounces St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
  • Splash of soda

Instructions

  1. Stir the all ingredients except soda with ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a large, ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Top off with soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
