Ingredients
- 1 1/4oz Vodka
- 3/4 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz Freixenet Cordon Negro Cava
Instructions
- Add the chilled cava and the orange juice to a chilled martini glass.
- Shake the vodka and Big O separately with cracked ice.
- Strain this mixture slowly into the center of the martini glass.
- This should be done quickly so the pour makes the cava foam just a bit.
- Garnish with a healthy orange twist.
