TEDDY BOY: This lovely variation on the New Orleans Sazerac cocktail eliminates the need for sugar to sweeten the rye whiskey. Big O does the job with a burst of rich flavors that enhance the gentle anise of the absinthe.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz absinthe
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients well with cracked ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
