THE BIG O BASIL BLOODY MARY: We like our Bloody Mary’s fresh and with a little sweetness to enhance the spiciness. Our version of this classic brunch cocktail is spicy, tart, a little sweet, and remarkably fresh tasting. To add to the chill without adding lots of ice, we freeze our fresh tomatoes before putting them into the blender (removing the skins under tap water first). More bang for the buck!
