We love Irish whiskey! It often has a fruit finish that plays very well with the nuanced spices in Big O – and with citrus. This cocktail blends ginger, orange and lemon with the whiskey to balance and brighten the cocktail.

- 1½ oz Jameson
- ¾ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz Grand Mariner
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
