Excess Baggage


This is one of the first cocktails we made with Big O. Hendrick’s gin and our liqueur are already great friends. Add the freshness of cucumber, lemon, and rosemary – along with the citrus notes of Peychaud’s bitters – and you have just the ticket for a relaxed summer evening.



  • 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 2 small sprigs rosemary
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters


  1. Add ingredients (except lemon twist) to shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel.
