The Belizaire (by Matt Seiter)


This cocktail is reminiscent of a whiskey sour but with a dash of holiday spice. It is fresh and balanced.



  • 1½ oz bourbon
  • ¾ oz Big O
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz cinnamon syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a (Luxardo) cherry.
